They can choose to continue a relationship with the person they chose after three days of texting, the suitor they didn't initially pick or they can unmatch them both for good.
And while it's supposed to be up to the singles to decide, the decision has been taken out of Yannick's hands.
After he was outed for kissing another woman, Belinda and Erika decide to leave the house but they give Yannick one final chance to clear the air.
But unsurprisingly, Yannick – aka Mr. Ego – has a tough time owning up to his actions.
He says he "didn't intend to hurt anyone".
"None of us were exclusive, so I don't think I did anything wrong."
After a fair amount of squabbling over Yannick's inability to take accountability, he tells the girls to "get over it".
EPISODE 7 RECAP: Chaos erupts as two cheating scandals rock the group
That statement pretty much puts an end to the conversation and the girls walk out the door.
"You don't get to pick either of us," Belinda says leaving.
And while Yannick's decision has been made for him, the five remaining love triangles still have to be resolved.
Kyle and Leesh and Elena
Some of the singles have already ruled out one of their matches, like Kyle who clearly never had a connection with Elena.
"I'm ready to get out of this threesome that I was never invited to," Elena laughs.
But just because Elena is going home it doesn't mean that Kyle's decision is so straightforward as he must now decide if he wants to purse a relationship with Leesh at all. It's a decision made harder by the fact that the pair face the prospect of a long distance relationship.
"It's going to be harder on Leesh than it is on Kyle to be in separate states, she's very emotional and territorial," Elena says.
And after a few days of mulling things over, Kyle meets with Leesh to reveal his final decision.
At one point in a very long-winded speech, he says "a wise girl once said go with the flow, and that was Elena". Weird flex to quote your ex, but moving right along.
Thanks to Elena's wisdom, Kyle decides he's "gonna give it a crack" with Leesh.
"If the connections there, why let it go?" Kyle says.
EPISODE 6 RECAP: One couple calls it quits as a third wheel moves in
Madi and James and Daniel
With James out of the house following his heartbreaking cheating admission, Madi farewells Daniel.
While there's no romantic connection there, Madi and Daniel have formed the most unlikely friendship and Daniel's become very protective of his bestie.
"James has a lot of answers to give to Madi and it's going to be hard to redeem himself for sure," Daniel says.
With that being said, Madi asks James to meet up so she can get the answers she's looking for.
When the pair finally come face to face, James grovels, as he should.
"I need you to know that my feelings and care for you were real," he says.
But when Madi presses him a little further and asks when he realised he no longer had feelings for her he says he discovered it "in the moment" he cheated on her. How's that for convenient timing?
EPISODE 5 RECAP: Pat packs his bags as Lisa gets ready for a date
Madi isn't buying it and calls James out for making "even more of a bulls--t excuse".
In a trainwreck attempt to make things right, James decides to say this: "Obviously I don't care about you enough because I wouldn't have done it."
Madi is left dumbfounded, as am I.
With nothing left to say Madi walks off a single woman.
Alex and Madison and Bec
Alex is a torn man.
He's only just started getting to know Bec, but after initial front runner Madison made some not-so-nice comments about her, he's second guessing himself.
He says that meeting Madison was like a "lightning bolt" but admits that later in the experience she became "jealous", "possessive" and "less honest".
"That's a worrying thing for me because if that's part of her character, you can't really build a strong relationship with someone like that," he says.
On the other hand, he says he has a lot in common with Bec.
After tossing up his options, Alex still doesn't know what he's doing.
"I'm not confident I'm making the right decision," he confesses.
In the end his "strong connection" with Madison wins and the pair leave the experience as "officially boyfriend and girlfriend without a third wheel".
Ly and Ben and Danny
It shocks just about no one when Ly waves goodbye to Ben after she struggled to find any chemistry with him.
And now she decides if old flame Danny has long term potential.
The adorable pair meet and Danny makes a heartwarming speech about how he's "falling for Ly's individuality".
EPISODE 4 RECAP: Insecurities surface as a text bombshell hits
He confesses that he adores everything about her from her dancing to her burping.
Ly returns the favour and says, "there's no doubt they have a strong bond".
But in a move no one saw coming, Ly says "she doesn't know if their bond is strong enough to last on the outside".
And just like that Danny's heart – and mine for that matter – are broken.
Lisa and Patrick and Matt
It's been a rocky road for Lisa.
Her and Patrick were smooth sailing until Matt – aka the man of Lisa's dreams – came along and Patrick spat the dummy.
He threatened to leave the house, then Lisa confessed that she loved Patrick, then Lisa kicked Patrick out and then Patrick gave Lisa an ultimatum.
Ugh, I'm exhausted just thinking about it, I can't imagine how Lisa's feeling.
Lisa admits that Matt is the obvious choice.
"Matt is solid, Matt's been solid from the start," she says.
"But that sexual chemistry and connection that I have with Patrick is nothing like any of the guys I've ever dated."
"His penis fits my vagina like a glove." Thank you Lisa, we get the picture.
It's that passion and fire that ultimately leads her to admit to Matt that her heart "belongs with someone else".
And of course, that someone else is Patrick.
But there's one more hurdle to get over. Is Patrick willing to commit to Lisa and work towards building a life together and having children?
Patrick answers Lisa's question by confessing that he "likes to do things on his terms".
While his declaration of love doesn't get off to the best start, Patrick eventually finds the words. Yes, those words. "I love you," Patrick finally says.
He says a future with Lisa and with kids is something he definitely wants and just like that the on-again-off-again couple are official.
"This is definitely an unlikely love story but it's the best love story," Lisa says.
