The $50,000 price guide may be appealing to some, equating to around the same price as a new Ford Ranger, however there's a catch... you can't live on the property.
There's no residential zoning with the land classified as rural zoned. Agent Brian Liston of Nutrien Harcourts Albury suggests on the listing it could be a weekend camping spot.

A dilapidated iron shed is surrounded by loose wooden palings and overgrown weeds.
The listing reveals that the shed is at least 50 years old and is in need of major TLC.

Agent Liston suggests on the listing that the land could be used as an ideal "getaway for camping on weekends or for livestock".

Henty is located halfway between Albury and Wagga Wagga in rural New South Wales.
There aren't enough sales over the past 12 months for Domain to obtain a median house price for the area.
