Richards says they have received interest so far at $13 million, however, the guide remains at $15 million. The properties have only been on the market for one week.
The properties are located on a near-level block of 923 square metres. They are to be sold in one line or individually by agreement, as stated on the listing.

There are no interior shots of the cottages on the listing, hinting at their uninhabitable state. The exteriors are rather rundown, requiring significant TLC.

Bronte is an affluent beachside suburb, 7km east of Sydney's CBD. Domain's House Price Report for the September 2023 quarter reveals the median house price is $5.3 million.
The cottages are scheduled to go to auction at 9am on Saturday November 25.
