Trio of 100-year-old cottages just a stone's throw from Sydney's Bronte Beach and opposite a cemetery are for sale.

A three-for-one property deal in a beachside Sydney suburb is being marketed towards high-end house hunters and developers.

Three cottages, owned by the same family for over a century, are just a stone's throw from Bronte Beach and directly opposite Waverley Cemetery.

The properties at 4, 6 and 8 Collingwood Street could be knocked down to make way for a multi-level dream build with breathtaking ocean views, subject to council approval.

Bethwyn Richards of The Agency Eastern Suburbs, who holds the listing alongside Jess McGrath, tells Nine the price guide is $15 million.

Richards says they have received interest so far at $13 million, however, the guide remains at $15 million. The properties have only been on the market for one week.

The properties are located on a near-level block of 923 square metres. They are to be sold in one line or individually by agreement, as stated on the listing.

There are no interior shots of the cottages on the listing, hinting at their uninhabitable state. The exteriors are rather rundown, requiring significant TLC.

However, the major drawcard for all properties is their location, with Bronte and Clovelly Beaches just a stone's throw away.

The properties also have spacious backyards, making them ideal for a family.
