Call it laziness or human evolution – all we know is there's no way we're plugging our phones in to charge anymore.
Wireless charging has come such a long way in the past few years. There are wireless stands and pads for nearly every phone equipped with Qi technology, which is most of them, freeing us all from the friction of a wall charger.
But just because most of the wireless chargers are universally compatible, it doesn't mean they all get our tick of approval. A good wireless charger needs to blend into the background – suiting your home and furnishings, not the other way around.
Keeping this in mind, we created a list of (mostly) universally compatible wireless chargers that are likely to suit what you're after. As in, they're handsome and no fuss and you'll hardly know they're there.

Belkin 10W Dual Wireless Charging Pad
Compatible with both iPhone and Android, we rate the Belkin 10W Dual Wireless Charging Pad for its ability to charge two devices at once. It's good for plonking down yours and your partner's phone on the hallway table, or on your nightstand to pair with earbuds.
Cygnett Prime V2 15W Wireless Charger
The Cygnett Prime Wireless Charger lays flat but also doubles as a stand, so you can stay connected on Zoom meetings or watch videos as you recharge. At 15 watts charging, it also has quite a bit of oomph behind it too.
TOZO W3 Wireless Charger, 10W Qi-Certified Fast Charging Pad
The TOZO Wireless Charger is sleek and reflective at only 2.5mm thick, coming in a range of suitable colours. We especially love how it lights up as it charges your phone – blue for charging, green for charged.
While generally well reviewed on Amazon, buyers have noted it may not quite live up to its 'fast charging' claims. However, at $14.99, it's an attractive enough price point for you to see for yourself.
Belkin 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Apple Dock
For Apple fans, this Belkin 3-in-1 dock has a neat arrangement for your AirPods, your watch and your phone. It's technically compatible with all Qi technology-enabled devices, but is notably set up with Apple products in mind. Do with that what you will.
SwanScout 4-in-1 Charging Station
Similar to the Apple dock, the SwanScout 4-in-1 Charging Station has been designed to assuage Samsung fans, but it's compatible with Apple devices too.
The great point of difference with this one, however, is that it can pack down into a travel-friendly brick so you can take it with you on the road.
Alogic Wireless Charging Pad
The Alogic Charging Pad is a nice, straightforward charging pad for one device at a time. With a 10-watt capability, it has a good amount of power to charge your phone, AirPods or any other compatible device, one at a time.
Belkin 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Pad
Another one for the Apple users. This Belkin 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Pad has fast charging capabilities, with up to 15W power on the MagSafe charge for iPhone. An exceptional feat for a wireless charger with three slots.
However, it seems it will only reach those heights if it's an Apple phone so we wouldn't recommend this (especially at the steep price point) for an Android user.
Samsung Trio Charger
This Samsung Trio Charger is a great answer to the 3-in-1 Apple option above. Suited to fast-charge Samsung devices, including their watch and earbuds, it's equipped with all the necessary accessories. It also has a pleasing and understated design.
Cygnett PowerBase III 15W Wireless Charger - Pink
Finally, because this list is about chargers that look good, we offer the Cygnett PowerBase III 15W Wireless Charger – in pink. It does everything it says on the tin, including fast charging, and also has a raised base to support the protruding cameras on the new iPhone models. Plus, did we mention it's pink?
