A real-life Aussie Barbie Dreamhouse has hit the market on Domain, at the same time the hit Margot Robbie flick has sashayed into cinemas.
The pop-of-pink property at 51 Captain Cook Drive in Queensland's Agnes Water is a statement from the street, rising up a hillside to show off the various levels, just like the iconic doll's own adorable address.
Consisting of two dwellings – with five bedrooms and three bathrooms in total – the property is angled towards buyers in the $1.55 million-plus bracket, the listing advises. It is tucked away in a coastal town in the sunny Gladstone region.

"It has a flair in looks and function that anyone would love to enjoy," the agent, Gordon Christian of PRDnationwide Agnes Waters, says in the listing.

Most noteworthy is the property's pink exterior which Christian tells Nine was the decision of the previous owners. The current owner has beautifully maintained it.

Agnes Water is a coastal locale in Queensland's Gladstone region, just a few hours north of the Sunshine Coast.
