A home on Sydney's northern beaches will have you thinking you're in Italy.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury property at 153 Hudson Parade in Avalon has a coastal aesthetic but in the yard lies a Tuscan-like vineyard and tasting terrace.
A spokesperson for LJ Hooker, who hold the listing, tells Nine the owners "have been harvesting and making wine on-site every year" with the equipment included in the sale.
On the books of Jonothan Gosselin, Angus Abrahams and Peter Robinson of LJ Hooker Avalon, the home has a price guide of $8 million and is going to auction on November 28.

Gosselin says that he's never seen a northern beaches property with its own vineyard during his time as an agent.
"The reaction from buyers so far has been 'wow'. While the vineyard is a little cherry on the top, it's the views, aspect and the quality of the home that are appealing to buyers."
