A centre lane of 24 carat gold leaf features on the pool floor and across the steps of Sydney trophy home
A dazzling find lies below the waters of a swimming pool at a trophy home in Sydney.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom abode at 15 Balmoral Avenue in Mosman, that sold in May for an undisclosed price, features 24 carat gold leaf in the infinity-edge lap pool.
Agent Richard Simeon of Simeon Partners tells Nine there is a gold centre lane in the pool that also runs across the pool steps. It's only slightly visible in the listing photos.
The selling price is understood to be well over the $10 million mark. Domain's property history reveals the home last sold for $9.41 million in December 2014.

Mosman is an affluent harbourside suburb of Sydney, 8km north-east of the CBD.
Domain's latest data reveals the median price for a five-bedroom home in the area is $7.305 million.
The recent sale shows how the New South Wales trophy home market is bulletproof with no signs of slowing down, seemingly unaffected by the interest rate rises.
Suburb records have been smashed this year with the demand for trophy homes still in full swing.

The NSW North Coast's house price record was broken in April when the Coopers Shoot hinterland home of Tom and Emma Lane, of the Oroton fashion empire family, sold for $37 million.
There were three interested parties for the farmhouse, listed by Kim Jones of The Range Estates, who launched it onto the market late last year with a $40 million price guide.
Agent Jones confirmed the $37 million result to The Sydney Morning Herald's Lucy Macken, but declined to reveal the buyer.
