Grammy award-winning musician and producer, Pharrell Williams, is likely very 'happy' with the recent sale of his LA home.

Williams snagged $12.8 million for the deal, which has yet to hit public records, Mansion Global reports.

The gated property has tested the market since May 2020, where it first listed for $16.5 million. Eventually, the asking price lowered to $13.9 million .

Williams originally bought the home in 2015 for $9.9 million, so he's still a few of million ahead.

The entrepreneur's architecturally-designed digs are located above the Laurel Canyon in the coveted Hollywood Hills, with views of LA's twinkling city lights.

Complete with its own outdoor skate park and theatre, the low-slung, glass-and-wood-encased masterpiece was designed by architect Hagy Belzberg in 2007.
